This is a very popular service which we have provided for our clients time and time again, enabling them to make the most of their existing plot whilst having the benefits of a new build.

A decision to renovate allows our clients to stay in the location of their choice and control the design and layout of their property, enabling them to make bespoke decisions that would simply not be possible when buying a new build direct from the developer.
